Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after placing your order to request a refund. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of your request. Refunds will not be accepted once your order has been processed and shipped.

No Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items once you receive them.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
All of our handmade jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty to repair/replace in case of damage. To file a warranty claim, please email us at rowanstonecreations@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
